PwC Turkey Company Partner & PwC Real Estate Sector Country Leader

Having graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Ersun obtained a master's degree in Economics at Western Michigan University in the USA.

He has 10 years of experience in the Ministry of Finance as a Revenue Controller. During his services in the Ministry, he carried out tax audits and investigations of both public and private companies. After having worked for 6 years as an Auditor, Finance Manager and Director of Financial Operations and Audit in a major holding company (Nurol Group) in Ankara respectively, he has joined PwC in 2002 as a Senior Manager and admitted to the company partnership as of July 2007.

Bayraktaroğlu has broad experience in internal audit, financial advisory, financial management, and financial and administrative audit of both public and private sector companies. He is a member of Banking and Capital Markets and Real Estate Teams of PwC Turkey. He is currently providing tax advisory services to many local and foreign banks, brokerage houses, factoring, leasing, portfolio management and consumer finance companies, unit and real estate investment funds, real estate investment companies and other real estate companies.

Ersun has published several articles and feedbacks in business dailies and real estate magazines. He is also participating in several domestic and international panels, discussions and conferences as a speaker. He is currently serving as a lecturer in several seminars on tax issues.

Bayraktaroğlu also contributes to the real estate sector as a Board Member in non-governmental organizations like GYODER, ULI and GISP.

Bayraktaroglu is currently serving as PwC Turkey’s Country Leader. Bayraktaroğlu is a Sworn Financial Advisor (YMM) and speaks English fluently.
